Personality:
Cool and calm most of the time, a man of few words. Unless he has business with you or finds you interesting, anything else to do with you would likely be a waste of his time. He hates to be teased and you know something's reaaaally off with him if you find him laughing. Though he is a quiet individual, he is a capable teacher and has a lot of patience to teach any student. He is rather calculative and can become snappy if caught in a bad mood. A bad habit of his is ignoring people when addressed, but he is gradually improving on that aspect.

History:
Rumours say he's an exiled member of the Church while others say he's a practitioner of the ancient arts obsessed with the Thearen culture. Members of the Order of Veyerus would know a little more of his background as Klroan sticks closely with the organization. Born and raised in the Haven, he only descended to Khivann about a year after the Order's "debut", claiming that he's been tasked to end Dius' life. To keep close tabs on Dius and to have the maximum amount of opportunities to take his life, Klroan became a member of the Order as a cover, though over time, his alliance seems to have changed.
